Enjoy the pleasant sounds of Piper Creek while viewing the endangered Bull Trout making a run upstream to spawn. Spawning typically takes place between late August and early November. Due to this annual event some fishing restrictions apply on Piper Creek. Please reference your Montana Fishing Regulations. Of course, fisherman can always enjoy an eventful day of fishing on the Swan River only 1/4 mile away.

Deer stop by the property almost everyday; you'll often see them right outside the windows. There are deer, elk, moose, turkey, eagles, cougars, grizzly, and black bear in this vast wild valley.
 
Swan Lake is just 15 miles north, for swimming, boating, fishing and more. Just 30 minutes away is charming Bigfork, with its art galleries, shopping and very fine dining. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy Eagle Bend golf course. An entertaining evening might include a play at the Big Fork summer theater. Scenic drives are plentiful, and hiking can be done right from the back door. Glacier National Park is an easy day trip away, at just 70 miles north.
 
The valley is unrivaled for hunting opportunities with Big Game species such as: Elk, Deer, Moose, Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goat, and Black Bear.
